Homelessness is a hot topic and largely misunderstood. CRA is always in need of support. However you feel led to support our mission, we want to meet you there, and provide ways to get you involved! Do you want to give a voice to our efforts? CRA is always seeking individuals who have a heart for the homeless. Consider joining our advocacy group to join us in our efforts.
Volunteer opportunities
Want to get involved? CRA has volunteer opportunities at events, and also one that involves driving food from the local soup kitchen to the shelter.
Make a Donation
CRA is a 501(c)3, non-fee based program - meaning we never charge clients for shelter or services. All contributions go directly towards client care and resources and are fully tax deductible!
Our Programs
CRA provides two programs to our clients, shelter and case management.
Shelter
Our shelter is for individuals 18 years of age and older. A form of photo ID is required for entry. We do have a capacity of 120 clients. Our shelter is open 365 days a year to provide care and safety for some of the most vulnerable residents of Key West and Monroe County.
case management
Our Case Managers assist clients at our location at 1111 12st St. Key West FL. They provide a myriad of services including relocation/reunification, help obtaining a birth certificate or photo ID, mail services, job search assistance, linking clients to benefits, and referrals to other agencies.

Our Mission
Founded in 2020 with the core principle of creating foundations, at CRA we pride ourselves on treating our clients with respect and kindness. No matter where they are on their journey, compassion, education, and understanding are core team values that we believe build a strong foundation to assisting people out of homelessness, and helping our community understand the needs of this vulnerable population.
